feat(release-261): bump version et mise à jour icônes iOS/watch

- Bump version phone: 0.1.0+1 → 0.1.1+2
- Bump version watch: 0.1.0+1 → 0.1.1+301
- Renommage bundle identifier iOS: com.gametime.app → com.idea.gametime
- Mise à jour icônes iOS AppIcon (toutes résolutions)
- Mise à jour icônes watch launcher et ongoing_gt
- Package watch Android: com.gametime.app → com.idea.gametime
- Ajout android.useAndroidX=true pour watch app
