Le runtime conversationnel (handoff distillé + log.jsonl transcript par paire) est reconstruit au fil de l'eau et ne doit pas être versionné : seul .ideai/memory/ est le store durable. Aligne le suivi git sur le design D19-4 (cf. LS8 §7 point 3). Ajoute la règle .ideai/conversations/ au .gitignore et désuit les 16 fichiers (8 handoff.md + 8 log.jsonl) sans les supprimer du disque.
