Sous-ticket de #186. Concevoir et implémenter un espace temporaire partagé entre projets IdeA, hors `/tmp`, gouverné par IdeA.
Attendus : handles opaques, leases, stratégie de GC, root global inter-projets, projection contrôlée dans la sandbox, pas de path librement inventé par les agents.
Plan MVP backend/runtime acté le 2026-08-13 : port `ManagedTempStore`, implémentation FS sous `app_data_dir/managed-tmp`, métadonnées par handle, use cases allocate/resolve/release/gc, câblage sandbox et tests.
Branche Git recommandée : `feat/186-shared-tmp`.
