Premier lot de la refonte web UI/UX. Remplacer le shell web mono-panneau par un shell desktop en zones inspiré de l’AppImage: top bar, rail principal, canevas central, rail secondaire, navigation persistante entre surfaces principales. Réutiliser les vues métier existantes sans copier le chrome Tauri. Aucun backend requis.
