Premier lot de la refonte web UI/UX. Remplacer le shell web mono-panneau par un shell desktop en zones inspiré de l’AppImage: top bar, rail principal, canevas central, rail secondaire, navigation persistante entre surfaces principales. Réutiliser les vues métier existantes sans copier le chrome Tauri. Aucun backend requis. Premier lot de la refonte web UI/UX.
